These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Epic Ai Group ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. All intellectual property rights in the App, including its source code, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to Epic Ai Group. If we do, we will clearly communicate the pricing and payment terms before any charges apply. You will never be billed for the App or its services without your explicit prior consent.
The App processes personal data that you provide to us to deliver our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any actions taken through your account. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so can expose you to security vulnerabilities, malware, and may cause the App to malfunction or become unstable.
Use of the App requires a stable internet connection — either via Wi-Fi or your mobile data plan. Epic Ai Group is not responsible for the App failing to operate optimally due to network issues, limited data allowance, or poor connectivity.
You acknowledge that your mobile carrier may charge you for data usage, roaming, or other third-party fees incurred while using the App. You are solely responsible for all such charges. If you are not the account holder for the device you are using, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
You are responsible for your own use of the App, including ensuring your device remains charged and functional. Epic Ai Group accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from your inability to access the App due to battery drain, hardware failure, or similar issues.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we rely on third-party sources and do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content within the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Ai Group disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on its functionality.
Betshield provides football predictions, tips, statistics, analysis, and other related content (collectively, "Predictions") solely for informational and entertainment purposes. These Predictions are generated based on algorithms, historical data, and statistical models, and do not constitute professional, financial, or gambling advice.
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or correctness of any Predictions provided through the App. Football outcomes are inherently unpredictable and subject to numerous variables beyond our control, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding sports betting or any other actions based on the content of the App. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution and to seek independent advice where appropriate. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as an inducement or recommendation to gamble or place bets.
We may release updates to the App periodically. These updates may be required for continued use, and by accepting these Terms, you agree to install updates when they are made available. We do not guarantee that updates will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination: (a) all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease; and (b) you must immediately uninstall the App from your device.
Betshield integrates the Pollfish SDK, a third-party survey platform. When you use the App, certain device data — including your Advertising ID, Device ID, and other identifiers — may be transmitted to Pollfish servers to determine your eligibility for surveys. This data may be linked to your survey responses.

Betshield may use services provided by Google, including but not limited to Google Play Services, Firebase (for analytics and notifications), and Google AdMob (for advertising). Your use of these services is subject to Google's own terms and policies.
Google collects and processes data in accordance with its own policies. We encourage you to review these links to understand how your information is handled when you use our App.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the App's functionality. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epic Ai Group operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
